Protection of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Azur Immersion attaches particular importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the data processing carried out via the azurimmersion.com website and in connection with our services, as well as the rights available to you.

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below:
- Identification and contact data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, country of residence;
- Data relating to the request: type of service requested, envisaged dates, estimated level of French, content of the message;
- Browsing data: via cookies and trackers, under the conditions set out in the Cookie Policy.
No sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) is collected. Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms; without this information, your request cannot be processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- responding to your contact and information requests (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request);
- managing bookings and the performance of services (legal basis: performance of the contract);
- complying with our legal and accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation);

4. Recipients of the data
Your data is intended for Azur Immersion and is never transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared, to the extent strictly necessary, with our technical service providers acting as processors:
- the website host (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland);
- audience-measurement and form tools, where applicable.
These providers act only on the instructions of Azur Immersion and are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and security.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The data is hosted within the European Union or in Switzerland (a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection). Should any tool involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it would be governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

- Contact requests with no follow-up: up to 3 years from the last contact;
- Data relating to bookings and services: for the duration of the relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular 10 years for accounting records);
- Cookies and trackers: in accordance with the periods stated in the Cookie Policy (13 months maximum for audience-measurement cookies).
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access, rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction and right to object to the processing;
- right to the portability of your data;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, where the processing is based on it;
- right to set guidelines concerning the fate of your data after your death.

Azur Immersion implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any loss, alteration or unauthorised access (secure HTTPS connection, restricted access, regular backups).
